stic.man and M-1 linked up at Florida A&M in the mid-’90s, signed to Loud Records, and came back with Let’s Get Free, a debut that treated a rap album like a political education. “They Schools” took apart the classroom. “Police State” said what the radio wouldn’t. “Be Healthy” put veganism on wax years before it was a lifestyle brand. Then “Hip-Hop” dropped that bassline and made a revolutionary record a block-party staple, while “It’s Bigger Than Hip-Hop” gave the culture a line people still quote word for word.

This tee takes the album’s iconic cover image, a crowd of armed revolutionaries standing together, and renders it in raw grayscale with the dead prez logo up top and “lets get free” scrawled across the bottom.
