Verzuz Heats Up Vegas with Cash Money vs No Limit Hip-Hop Celebration

Fans will gather on October 25 at ComplexCon in Las Vegas to see Cash Money and No Limit share the platform in a New Orleans Hip-Hop showcase.

Verzuz returns with this matchup, framing it as a full-scale celebration of New Orleans Hip-Hop royalty instead of a battle. The crew announced it on social media, writing, “One stage. Two legendary iconic Labels. History is about to be made!!” That post stirred excitement across online channels.

For decades, listeners and critics have debated which roster ruled the scene, as both crews sold millions and left a significant mark on Southern rap. During its launch amid the pandemic, Verzuz, created by Swizz Beatz and Timbaland, drew huge audiences with song-for-song showdowns. Past matchups included Dipset vs. The Lox, Nelly vs. Ludacris and Teddy Riley vs. Babyface.

After a lengthy pause, this New Orleans edition marks the series’ return. Streaming details have not been revealed, though organizers say they will share information soon. ComplexCon will include this showcase alongside its panels, art and music exhibitions. Attendees should expect hit tracks, high-energy vibes and recognition of two labels that reshaped hip-hop.
